We currently have an opportunity for a Diary Manager to join Boots Hearingcare in the contact centre at our Llandudno support office. Boots Hearingcare is one of the UK’s leading brands in hearing healthcare and we are renowned for our quality of service and professional customer-led approach.

The Role

The successful Diary Manager will be based in our support office in Llandudno, in the role they will offer their experience and expertise dealing with incoming calls from customers in a professional and personalised manner. They will be responsible for providing customers with information on Boots Hearingcare services, taking customer orders, booking appointments with audiologists, offering sundry items, and ensuring the customer has a great experience throughout.

Our contact centre is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm in the week and slightly shorter hours at weekends.  Therefore you must be able to work shift patterns which includes 1 weekend in every 4 and be willing to be flexible in terms of days and hours worked.


The Required Skills

As a Diary Manager, you must have experience working within a customer service environment and feel comfortable communicating on the phone with customers that may potentially have hearing difficulties. You must be empathetic and have a desire to offer assistance at all times. The successful Diary Manager must also have excellent MS Office skills and be fully computer literate.
