 Contact Centre Team Leader  The Opportunity                                                                   

We currently have a great opportunity to join the Contact Centre as a Team Leader in the support office in Llandudno.

As part of  our continued growth plans in the Contact Centre, your contribution as Contact Centre Team Leader would be essential and you will have plenty of  opportunity to grow and develop your career with Boots Hearingcare offering your leadership skills to ensure the continued success of  our Contact Centre colleagues.

The Role

The successful Contact Centre Team Leader will lead, coach, motivate and support a team of  Diary Managers, through a combination of  effective workload delegation, taking of  escalated calls and excellent, supportive leadership to ensure the team deliver the quality of  service we are committed to providing to our customers 7 days per week.

You will have the opportunity to assist in the planning, design and delivery of  training to the Contact Centre team as required and will be heavily involved in the day to day running of  a successful Contact Centre team, including managing rotas and providing performance reports to the Leadership Team to ensure that we are providing an outstanding service to our customers at all times.

The Required Skills

As a Contact Centre Team Leader, you must have experience working within a customer service environment and have a proven track record of  leading a team. You will feel comfortable leading others, giving constructive feedback, mentoring and delivering coaching and training sessions. You must be supportive and encouraging, always finding the most effective way to get the best performance from the team whilst giving them a great experience as a colleague of  Boots Hearingcare. 

Experience of  working to Key Performance Indicators is essential, you will be highly organised and have the ability to communicate effectively. 

You will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern that will include evenings and weekends, so flexibility is a must.
