We're looking to recruit a Hearingcare Advisor at our branch in Newcastle to work under the Boots hearingcare brand.
As a Hearingcare Advisor you will make a difference to the success of the business by liaising with customers both face to face and over the telephone, greeting and supporting customers before their appointment and making sure the branch diary is busy with appropriate appointments.
Other duties would include promoting hearing health checks, taking payments and updating our customer database.
You may also be involved in checking and adjusting hearing aids, performing a variety of hearing related tests, and providing customers with general advise regarding rehabiliation.
