We have a great opportunity to join our Human Resources Team at our Support office based in Llandudno, reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner for Retail.

 

As a Human Resources Administrator you will be the main point of contact for all our internal customers within our Retail teams. 

 

You will be responsible for co-ordinating all recruitment for store based colleagues, preparing contractual documents and ensuring all employment checks are undertaken.

 

You will ensure store based colleagues have a great induction to the company and liaise with all support office colleagues to ensure all arrangements and systems are in place.

 

You will keep the HR systems up to date, ensuring that all colleagues are on payroll in an accurate and efficient manner.  You will also be the first point of contact for all HR queries from colleagues in stores via telephone, letter and email.

 

 

You will also assist the HR Business Partners with employee relations matters, assisting with the collation and preparation of cases.

 

The ideal candidate would be someone with at least 1 years’ experience within a HR administration role and either has already gained the Level 3 CIPD qualification or is prepared to study and gain the qualification. 

 

Strong organisation skills and flexibility are essential as we often have to meet tight deadlines.  You must also have excellent administration and communication skills and be able to establish and maintain professional relationships with all our colleagues. Good time management is also paramount, but above all the successful candidate must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, even whilst working to deadlines. 

 

Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential information is also imperative to this role. As HR Administrator you will have access to personal information for all our colleagues.  

 

You must be comfortable working with all aspects of IT; particularly the Windows based software such as Excel and Word, you will also have the ability to use HR database systems although full training will be provided. 

 

The contracted hours are 37.5 hours per week spread over 5 days – Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

 

Annual salary will be between £16,000 - £18,000 per annum depending on candidate experience.
