IT Helpdesk Support Analyst

The Opportunity


We currently have an opportunity for a new IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our Business Solutions team in our Llandudno support office. Boots Hearingcare is one of the UK’s leading brands in hearing healthcare and we are renowned for our quality of service and professional customer-led approach.


The Role


The role will involve providing 1st line support to our colleague across stores nationwide, as well as our support office in Llandudno. You will provide solutions to a wide range of enquiries relating to both software and hardware, able to assist with even the most abstract problems. Other aspects of the role will include management of backup and software updates, and installation of software and hardware as and when required.


The Required Skills


As a successful IT helpdesk Analyst you will have excellent IT skills, a good working knowledge of IT administration (preferably CRM based) and possess great problem-solving skills, which allow you to address user queries and efficiently. You will be energetic, enthusiastic and a natural communicator who is able to communicate with stakeholders across the business. The colleague we’re looking for should have good time management and organizational skills and be able to build professional relationships at any level.


Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous; however we would also consider someone who is recently qualified as a Helpdesk Analyst with networking skills.


As this role involves working on a rotational basis between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Sunday, 37.5 hours per week, you will need to be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced and challenging role which involves working to your own initiative and as part of a team.
