Part-time Fulfilment Assistant
We have a part time opportunity to join our Commercial Team as a Fulfilment Assistant at our Support Office in Llandudno.
As a fulfilment Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Team while processing weekly administration and monthly sundry stock takes.
Duties will include; processing customer and store sundry orders, completing and returning stock consumption checks, and preparing items for postage including special deliveries/overseas post.
You will also be responsible for receiving goods in, organising the safe return to our suppliers, as well as managing the Fulfilment Team ticket system.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is driven and highly organised, with the ability to multitask within a fast paced environment. You must be enthusiastic with the willingness to assist at all times and work together as a team.
You will be motivated by finding simple and speedy solutions to improve the productivity of your daily tasks.
Whilst full training will be provided on bespoke systems you should be comfortable working with standard office packages, particularly the Windows based software.
The working hours are 22.5 hours per week spread over 3 days – Monday to Wednesday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
