Resource Deployment Assistant – Llandudno
We’re excited to announce we’re now recruiting for a Resource Deployment Assistant to support the Resource Deployment Co-ordinator
and the Retail Team.
Reporting to the Resource Deployment Co-ordinator, you’ll assist in organising store coverage for short and long term absences, this will include co-ordinating HAA holidays, authorising annual leave and updating the ADP system.
As a fast-paced department, any new member will need the ability to handle diverse workloads and work well under pressure. The role will be proactive to assist in maximising clinic uptime and clinic utilisation. By directing and co-ordinating all clinic cancellations and rescheduling appointments with the contact centre, appointment times for the customer will be reduced.
The ideal candidate will be able to build good working relationships with Regional, Divisional and Operational Hearingcare Managers as well as store Practice Managers and Hearing Aid Audiologists.
Candidates must be able to work off their own initiative and demonstrate excellent time management skills whilst having the ability to prioritize workload. You must also be comfortable working with all aspects of IT, particularly the Windows based software programs.
