Contact Centre Agent – Full Time
We currently have a Full Time Contact Centre Agent vacancy within our Contact Centre Team in Llandudno.

The ideal candidate would be someone who can engage with customers on the phone and start the customer experience in a way that leaves themthinking they couldn’t have asked for more.
You will mix that with a results focused and driven attitude to meet daily targets.
You must be enthusiastic and passionate about customers and be able to work together as one team to achieve our overall mission; to help ourcustomers hear and feel better than ever before.
You must also be comfortable working with all aspects of IT, particularly the Windows based software although full training will be provided.
The working hours will be 37.5 hours per week, spread over 5 days, Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8.00am and 7.00pm on a rotational basis.
The annual salary is £15,270 per annum plus a monthly incentive scheme which is based on personal objectives and KPI's.
